UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, we will immediately proceed to send you the NEW SIZE.
REFUND
Within 24 hours after receiving the order and verified the perfect condition of the product / products, we will make the refund by the same method of payment.
In 5-10 DAYS it will be made EFFECTIVE IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
WARRANTY
JCPAJARES products are guaranteed for two years. This warranty does not cover items damaged by misuse, improper care or by the selection of an inappropriate size for the customer.
RETURN NOT ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns of garments specially modified for you (size, customization or custom sewing).
If the products are returned damaged or used, we will contact you and we will send you back the unaccepted items. All the expenses generated by this return (transport, taxes or customs duties) will be at your expense A CONTRAREEMBOLSO.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care or selection of an inappropriate size for the customer will not be exchanged.
